Beth Hoeppner has a well-honed skill, intelligence, creativity and soul that blew me away throughout the entire planning and production process.

Because she is a deep listener with energy and has an intuitive instinct, Beth crafts a product that articulates the intended message on many different levels.

In addition to ending up with a remarkable video, you end up getting to know a person of great integrity and value, Beth herself.
— Sister Irene O'Neill, Principal Foundation Officer, CSJ Ministries Foundation
I had the great fortune to hire Beth Hoeppner as an instructional designer to work on the PORTAL (Power of Respect to Affect Lives) initiative. This program serves as the method by which the University of Minnesota trains its 35,000 faculty and staff members in sexual harassment prevention.

Beth suggested that our project make use of vignettes and stories. She wrote all of the scripts from scratch, and then supervised the production of the video media. Our users have consistently told us that the videos Beth wrote and produced are some of the strongest portions of our product.

Beth is extremely easy to communicate with, and this makes communicating with Beth both pleasurable and productive. On numerous occasions, Beth facilitated discussions of our content development meetings resulting in everyone being able to express their creative ideas. Then Beth captured everyone’s contributions and integrated them into a whole that was truly better than the sum of its parts.
— Eric Schnell, Special Initiatives Manager, University of Minnesota
In my opinion it is Beth’s unique personal qualities that cause her to stand out as an extraordinary professional. She is a calm and self-assured person who helps make others feel comfortable and at ease. She possesses a wonderfully positive disposition. Her intelligence is quick. Her knowledge of publishing is extensive. Her attitudes toward work are characterized by drive, integrity, and commitment.

Our project was complex, requiring extensive planning and coordination. Beth proved herself an adroit project manager, never losing track of the many threads that needed to be woven together at every point along the way. She moved the work skillfully from concepting sessions to storyboarding to media gathering, media production and finally, programming of each modules.

In my career to date there have been only three or four creative collaborations that proved to be deeply rewarding because of the work itself as much as the final product. Working with Beth has been one of those rare and prized experiences.
